Hello everybody,
As you can imagine, it is a tool designed to help teachers with our daily tasks.
In order to use it, you just have to choose a username and password. Then you have to follow some simple steps in the "configuration wizard" (enter your subjects, your groups, your students and your timetable) and you will have your own "teacher īs organizer".
It is useful for any teachers, not only ESL teachers, but it is in English language.
In the main page you have:
Google search + your personal tasks + your favourite links + calendar with your own notes
You can note your pending taks.
You can have your favourite links always at hand.
You have a page to assess your students in every lesson, every group and subject. It includes some default criteria (attendance, homework done, participation behaviour...) but you can replace them for your own ones.
You can also take notes for next lesson (homework, contents that you have to reinforce, activities that you have to finish, etc.)
In this page you can see the assessment results in graphics.
You can enter your personal timetable in a very easy way.
This page allows you to add notes to your personal calendar, with lots of options:
- Repeat every monday, or every tuesday, wednesday...
- Repeat every month the same day.
- Repeat every year the same date (very useful for birthdays...)
And you can choose to get a reminder at the hour that you wish:
Why don īt you try? It is very easy, and it is free!
I must say that this is a Beta version (it might have errors), although I īm already using it and it works great.
