HOW TO SAVE PICTURE PREVIEW OF YOUR DOCUMENTS IN WORD2007!!!
First click on the Office Button (the yellow one)
Then click on PREPARE � PROPERTIES � DOCUMENT PROPERTIES � ADVANCED PROPERTIES
� SUMMARY
After that tick a SHOW PICTURE PREVIEW box and finally click on OK
Word will ask you whether you want to save changes made to a document �
click on YES
When you open a folder with your documents and set your VIEWS on
Thumbnails
you will be able to see small pictures of all Word documents in that
particular folder
No more clicking and opening every single document to see
its content
Drawbacks!!!
1.You must set the Save Preview Picture property individually for each
document. (so if you have thousands of worksheets saved in your PC you are in big trouble )
2. It makes documents much heavier � the size doubles
