Hi Noor!

Hope you re feeling much better!

1- The phrase is cheer up and it means: feel happier or more cheerful

2- I think: Which of you had accidents at home ? (Hope I understood you well)

Drink warm soup and I ll give you a family recipe to help with your flu. Take some non-sweetend tea and add a few drops of lemon then drink it warm.

Yours,
Zainab

If the question is weather it is have or has , the answer is has :Who has accidents at home? This who could be sompared to someone , thus it is singular. However, without a proper context it sounds quite weird to me. Could it be that you mean to ask Who has (ever) had accidents at home?
