Hi...

I need some help... advice

I am having trouble downloading ws from esl...

I click on the worksheet, it appears, I click again for download... but I cannot continue the process... however, my points decrease in spite of the fact that the download did not happen...

Maybe you have checked the box for the downloaded worksheet to be saved somewhere on your computer, not opened.
