I don �t know what happened but when i uploaded the worksheet, images were a completely mess. But before uploading images were place properly.

any suggestion?

GROUP all pictures and textboxes
leftclick + hold ctrl to "highlight" all parts
then
rightclick - choose grouping

try to find tutorial for grouping objects in MS Word in your mother tongue...
the method may vary MS Word 2002 (x 2007)....

also please check you border settings & ensure that text is in front of images & that sort of thing.
