Which sentence is correct?

I was correcting a student s paper, who wrote an informal letter, and I found this sentence:
Are you working in the hospital or changed your mind?

I thought the second part should be like this:

Are you working in the hospital or  have you changed your mind?

But I m still thinking about saying it like this:
Are you working in the hospital or you have changed your mind?

Would you please give me your opinion??

Thanks in advance

Are you working in the hospital or  have you changed your mind? - I think  its  correct

Are you working in the hospital or you have changed your mind? - i dont see a question here,

it must be   Have you......?

there is nothing wrong with the both sentences. the first sentence is more grammatical and the other is okey, too if you do the correct intonation.

This is an example of an alternative question which normally consists of two general questions linked by or, so the first one is correct but the second one is grammatically incorrect.

I think in  the first one there are two elements in elission (DID) (YOU)

Are you working in the hospital or changed your mind?

The second one sounds strange to me!! I m not sure

Im a native speaker and the second is incorrect no matter the tone, in english questions the subject is placed after the helping verb, so it should be.. or have you changed your mind?

have you changed your mind? is the correct one.

Thank you all, so grammatically, change of tone does t justify not following the normal rule for making a question.

what really made me get confused is that it was a personal letter ,and I was afraid that it can be similar to colloquial speech ( when grammar is overlooked from time to time).

I feel like I got addicted to this place,, you are great

Thanks and wishing you a nice day
