Hi dear teachers!!

I need your help again:

One of my sons is studying Cookery, and he �s asked me for an English , French, or Portuguese dictionary specialized in cookery. He wants to download one from the net.

has anyone got any idea about this?

If you can locate it I highly recommend �Hering�s Dictionary of Classical & Modern Cookery�

I was a chef for many years & it was a constant companion (along with the Larousse Gastronomique)

I don�t think either are available as downloads but you could get them through ABE Books online or I expect any good bookstore or catering college would have them available.
