hi. at the football match is the correct variant.  explaining why, in expressions meaning gathering of people preposition at is used. e.g. at the party, at the wedding, at the match, etc.

concerning the order of adjectives it is long black leather. you name the characteristics of an object in the following order:  opinion, size, age, colour, origin, material, type/kind, purpose.
