I think the translations are fine. I don �t know if you possibly use this online dictionary, wordreference. It �s one of my favourites, as, apart from translations into many languages, it has a fantastic forum where people share questions and solutions.

It �s "self help" and in your case since it �s a group thing, it would be a "self help group".
