For the past few days i have seen many people uploading ws with just a reading that is ovbiously taken from the net with no task added and the following instructions on the description of the ws, "listen to the reading" and nothing else, but i want to know if this is considered an esl resorce. i also have seen ws with a few cliparts and the instruction write a sentence or something similar on the ws description not even in the ws. personally i think these are not esl resources or even original work because any one can paste a reading or picture from the net and write those instructions. the thing is that i ve seen moderators voting for the ws to stay just because the instructions says listen or write.  i dont want to be unfair when votating. so if anyone can clarify me if that is accepted ill really appreciated it.

If there is just a text, and it is taken from the net, then the worksheet is 100 % copied, so it should be removed.
If there are just a few cliparts and nothing else, then it is not considered an ESL resource, and it should be removed.

Best wishes,

Victor
