I have just been looking for some worksheets to download about weddings.  I found the perfect one and was about to download (I had 210 points and had only made 192 downloads) but before I could do so I heard a strange noise and realised that my diary was pressing against one of the keys on the kepboard.  Anyway, after this I continued to go and download but a message came up saying I had made 210 downloads. 

 

Does anyone know what I can do - it must have been because a key was pressed down by mistake but nothing was downloaded - even if I had actually downloaded the worksheet by mistake 18 times at least I would have had the worksheet but I got nothing - just a whole load of lost points:(((((((
