Help with GUITAR CHORDS, please
Hello my dear friends, especially those from Israel,

I know this is not the right place for what I am looking for, but I have been desperately trying to find the GUITAR CHORDS for the Hebrew song:

Baruch Hashem Adonai
Blessed be the name of the Lord

Words:Dawn Rodgers and Tricia Walker, 1982;
Music: FINTO Dawn Rodgers and Tricia Walker, 1982;
arr. Eric Wyse, 2005

Who am I to be part of your people,
the ones that are called by your name?
Could I be chosen as one of your own,
could it be that our blood is the same?

How can a stranger a remnant of nations
belong to the royal line?
You shoewd your grace
when the branched were broken
and i grafted into the vine.

Baruch Hashem Adonai
Baruch Hashem Adonai
Blessed be the name of the Lord
Baruch Hashem Adonai

Could somebody help me or give me a suggestion where to search?
I  would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Here you go Alenka !

P.s I have problems with my sound card and looking now at your lyrics maybe this is not the same song but perhaps the chords could be helpful. In these sort of uplifting songs the chords are usually quite similiar.
