Can we say What s his nationality?

Is it correct? Or we should only say What nationality is he?

Thanks!

I prefer "What nationality are you?"

Either one is correct and widely used.

What s his nationality? = What nationality is he?
What s your nationality? = What nationality are you?

I would say the first one is less formal than the second one.

Cheers!
