Hi there!

We typically use "on" for electronics and/or media:

ON the phone (whatever kind)
ON television
ON the radio
ON the internet, Youtube, etc.
Online
ON ESL Printables
ON the screen

Talking "with" a phone doesn t really make sense, as it means the phone has a mind of its own and is talking back...creepy!

Hope this helps

Well, I suppose you can t talk with a mobile phone as it is not able to answer you. You can talk with somebody (Indirect Object required).
Hope it helps. Have a nice day.

Niacouto - you re only confusing the answer when you say that you can talk with a phone.
Zoe is correct - you speak or talk on a phone.  You speak or talk with a person.
When someone comes with the right answer - why add something that is just confusing?

Libertybelle:  I think Niacouto said "can t" in her post, unless she changed it.
