There is something wrong with upoading.I managed to upload one part of my Ws but I couldn �t upload the second part. It �s only 40KB so I don �t think that is a problem.What shall I do? Whenever I reach to the uploading part everything freezes.I can �t go backwards and I have to quit the site.Can you help me?

The system seems to experience breakdowns once in a while. The only thing you can do is to wait and try to upload it again.
