I can drive a snowboard or I can snowboarding - or anything else.�

I think that "I can go snowboarding" would probably mean that you have the time to go, so for ability it might be clearer to say "I can snowboard." I think it would be the same as ski and skiing.

e.g.  I can ski and I can go skiing with you this weekend.
