Have you tried miming - one student mimes a sentence, the other s have to guess what it is. Basically charades but with present continuous sentences!

You could also try this: 1st student - "I m brushing my teeth" A 2nd student says "He is brushing his teeth and I m eating a pizza" A 3dr student "He s brushing his teeth, she s eating a pizza and I m drinking water" and so on... When a student can t remember all the sentences, you just start over again being the boy or girl  who failed the 1st one. Kids will pay attention and they ll practise 1st and 3rd person singular.
Some told me about a funny game to be used in X-Mas, which I did. Sorry I can t remember who it was :=( and it could be used in this case too. Put a present (free-sugar gums for instance) inside a box and wrap it several times (I used 20 layers...) each time a kid is able to remember all the sentences, he/she unwrap a single layer and pass the box to the next one.
I ve used lshorton99 s idea too and kids have lots of fun!
