HELP PLEASE - ERROR TO UPLOAD FILE

THIS ERROR is always coming when i try to upload my WS. It is 189KB only, made in word 97, but it is not being uploaded because this error.

What AM I SUPPOSE TO DO?

I know,I �ve got the same problem from yesterday.Can anybody help?I managed to upload 1 worksheet but I can �t do anything to contribute 2 Powepoints.HELP!!!
