Could you help me? I haven ´t found it anywhere...

Here ´s what I already have:

DOS AND DON’TS TO IMPROVE LISTENING COMPREHENSION:

DOs:

OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM:

- Listen to songs in English at home.

- Try to watch films in original version (with subtitles) to get used to listening to native speakers.

WHILE DOING THE EXERCISE:

- Read what you have to do at least twice before listening to it.

DON’Ts:

WHILE DOING THE EXERCISE:

- Don’t expect to understand everything, you don’t need all the information.

- Don’t think about anything else.

What could be added?

This is not exactly what you write about, but these tips may help too...
Listen to the audio REPEATEDLY.
Be realistic about your level - listen to easy audio, at least 30 minutes weekly and write a diary about it...
Listen to MP3s, graded readers, ESL podcasts...
Have English (net) radio on while doing the housework
Buy and use a speaking electronic dictionary
Listen to songs on youtube and read lyrics and watch funny videos, adverts
Use text to speech computer software for texts
Listen to English podcasts / songs while commuting
Listen to a text repeatedly and write it down (dictation) / or write keywords at least
Listen to your favourite songs and write words you hear
Listen to the easy 2 minute stories in bed (make a cd of favourite very easy stories)
