I need your help:
In my next lesson I want to write little poems with a typical structure.
In German they are called "Elfchen" (elfin) and they consist of 11 words.
Example: spring
sunny days
no more snow
i feel so happy
spring
Is there a similar structure in English? How do you call this type of mini-poems?

could it be "Haiku"?

It isn �t called a Haiku. I made a worsheet about an eleven word poem for Valentine and I simply called it �elfchen �. That �s what I got from google.
