I �ve got a question about pictures.
I �ve prepared a ppt about the Eisteddfod festival. Can I use pictures taken from the the official site of the festival?

I believe there is no problem, but I would state the source.
In my series on English-speaking countries, I �ve used lots of images from official sites and the same happened with the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.

Under Fair Use Copyright laws it �s acceptable to use such pictures for educational purposes as long as you are not making money from them or preventing the copyright owner from making money from them. Thumbnail size pictures are always acceptable in educational settings.
