It s Me neither , since it s a negative sentence.

Me too is used only with a positive meaning, with reference to an earlier sentence, like in:
A: I like vanilla ice cream. B: Me too.
Me neither is used negatively, with reference to an earlier sentence, like in:
A: I don t like vanilla ice cream. B: Me neither. I prefer strawberry ice cream.

NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS.......I agree but never is affirmative in grammar but negative in meaning when we use Present Simple we use She never PLAYS,-s doesn t drop so is it possible Me,too? |

"never" is a negative particle. It makes the sentence negative and you could never say, "I don t never go fishing." THAT is wrong. So, following this rule, you would need to use "Me neither.."
I never go fishing. Me neither, I hate it.

I know we don t say I don t never go fishing but we don t say She never PLAY .....So I think me too...because of course meaning is negative but affirmative in grammar |

BUT it s NOT affirmative in grammar!! That s why you have to use "Me neither"... Never is like "no, don t, doesn t, not"... Negative! It makes the sentence a negative sentence... and that s why you have to use "Me neither" and NOT "Me too."

This is a negative sentence, because there is NEVER in the sentence. (-) S1: " I never go to the cinema."
S2: "Me neither" or "Neither do I. or "Nor do I." or "Nor me." or "I don t go there either."
Affirmative sentence - Positive statement (+) S1: "I (often) go to the cinema." S2: "Me too" or "So do I." or "Really? I often go there too."
To be short: Negative sentences (-) use neither, nor, not+either Positive sentences (+) use so, too
PS: please note that the sentences with "ME" are informal - Me neither. Nor me. Me too.
