more Spanish dishes: fideu (like paella but instead of rice its pasta "vermicelles") usually eaten with alioli (mayo with garlic), pulpo a la gallega (boiled/fried octopus with paprika, chilli and olive oil), flan (dessert), natillas (like flan but more liquid), pimientos del piquillo rellenos (small red peppers, which have been roasted first, filled with anything you want usually sauche bechamel with fish/prawns but also meat), croquetas (bread coated and deep fried kind of meatballs with a bechamel sauce inside and meat or ham or fish), papas bravas (boiled and then fried potatoes with a spicy sauce), etc.
I could go on for ages, I love food and I love Spanish food!!!!!! but i think youll have enough for now but if you need more do not hesitate to ask!
