Can you give a hand?

Tomorrow I must teach Infinitive, Gerund and �Have something done�. The book I work with talking about house problems, features and servicing.  Things such like:

The walls are pealing. It needs be repainted.

The dishwasher is broken. It needs repairing.

I will get my house decorated next week

Do you know if there is any available worksheet using the same topic to teach these contents? I really would like something similar.
