How do you call the �sport � or activity where people have competitions in cars? I don �t know how to say it.
And what about �Karting �... what is this? how do you call this sport or activity?

Yes, car racing is the name of the sport, and the car used to race can be referred to as a racing car.
Karting or go karting is another type of sport, the vehicle is usually referred to as a go kart (rather than a car).
