Phillip Martin clipart - can I use it?

Hi,
came across this site with clipart http://www.phillipmartin.info/clipart/homepage.htm  and would like to use some of the images for my wss. But to avoid being reported I just would like to get sure: Do I understand I can use it as long as I am not going to make some money? Or do points here count as a profit too? Maybe any of you has some experience with using these pics and could give me an answer.
Thanks a lot and Happy Easter to all of you.
Michaela

You can freely use them.
If you want to make sure you don t get reported, just write the source of your cliparts in a tiny font at the bottom of your worksheet.

Hi!

Another site where you can find tons of clipart (and lots of B&W ones, if you want to print it friendly) and you can use it for personal or educational purposes.

To see the clipart, just go to the "comprehensive clipart menu" (roll down the page).

http://www.arthursclipart.org/index.html

Hope it helps.
