TV sitcoms
|
Hi there again,
I ve been screening the famous british tv sitcom "Fawlty Towers" in my classes. My students just love it. I would like to ask you if you are familiar with other hilarious tv sitcoms to keep on encouraging my students learning English. And if you know there is a way to get them for free please let me know. Otherwise I don t mind spending my money to carry on encouraging my students cause their behaviour towards English since we have met together is just better than money. Thanx in advanced. |

Spaced is excellent - very funny. Also The IT Crowd is good. I think you can get them for free online.

I think "Friends" and "how I met your mother" are good choices.
Here you have a link to download the first episode of "how I met your mother"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=4tb0s6ta
Here s how I found it:
1. Write on google the name of the show and the followicg formula "SxEy" Where S stands for season and E stands for Episode, replace "x" and "y" by the number of the season and episode you are looking for.
2. You can add some key words such as "download" or "watch online"
3. In case you want to look for subtitled versions just add something like "subtitles spanish"
4. Sometimes adding names of popular online streaming sites such as "megavideo" or downloading sites such as "rapidshare" or "megaupload" also helps.
If the show is popular you ll find a good link in less than five minutes.
