I think the correct term is hooded swaetshirt actullay. I googled it up and came up with these:

It �s called a hooded sweater/sweatshirt or just a hoody/hoodie. ;)

According to the last website a hooded sweatshirt(-jacket) with a zip -- like the one in your picture -- is called a zip-up hoodie!!

We call them hooded jackets, especially if they are for mature age people and hikers. 
 
The younger generation call them hoodies and they are marketed as such.
