To me, it �s "The value of this month is... " value does not qualify month so I don �t think it can be placed head first |

the most accurate answer could be this month�s value with the genetive case since noun phrases of time can be case marked with the genetive. Ex Yesterday�s lesson. Last night�s ..., etc |

What about "The value for this month"....if what you are trying to say is "the value we are going to try and put into practice this month is...."

lore77 and nita551 are both correct, and both wordings work well (assuming that you mean it the way nita551 explained it).
