was really or really was

What is correct?
It was really good, or it really was good.
If both are correct, please tell me if there is any difference.

In my opinion It was really good .
You could also say: It was good. It really was.

A hug

Both expressions are right but the meaning is different. When you say t was really good", you mean that it was very good. When you say "It really was good", you mean that ther s no doubt about how good it was!

I think mcolon is right. Both are correct, so what you choose depends on the meaning you want to convey.
