" Nothing goes on forever " ?
" Even the longest night comes to an end " ?
" This too shall pass " ?
I don t know if any of these is correct, they are the ones that come to mind ...

Perhaps instead of "nothing goes on forever", "nothing lasts forever". In Portugal we say "There is no good  that lasts forever nor evil that doesn t come to an end" (Literally translated)
But all in all the given suggestions are very good.

this is one of my favourite Spanish sayings.

we don t really have anything close to it.
but similar meanings might be:

every cloud has a silver lining.

there s always a light at the end of the tunnel.
