In Oxford Advanced Learner �s Dictionary they say we use "with" in expressions to wish somebody success with something: best of luck with your exams/ good luck with your exams.

I think it �s good luck with your exams although in and on are used also, especially in the U.S. |

U.S. speakers tend to say "on", although "with" is ok (just sounds more formal). |
