Hi, yesterday I was teaching the 3rd conditional to my students and one asked me if it was ok to say:
How would you have felt if she had broken up with you?
I think it is correct but I �m not sure. Would you tell me if I �m ok or not?

That �s right. Don �t foget the comma between the if clause and the would clause! |

I don �t think a comma is required when the if clause comes second. I think it �s right with or without it in this case.
