is it correct? she is in drugs or how do you say?

If she is using drugs, the preposition is "on". She was on drugs when I saw her yesterday.

If she is a part of the drug culture (using, selling, part of her life), she is involved in drugs.

I hope this helps, and I m sure others will generously add some ideas.
