Brazilian Carnival - Ideas Needed!
 
Hi, Hope you are having nice weekend.
Next week our primary students will be learning all about Brazil. One of the things they will be doing is creating Brazilian carnival costumes in groups of 12 (ages 3-12, mixed groups) in four one hour lessons. We will have loads of different types of card, paper, ribbons. Could Brazilian teachers help me with some good ideas for the costumes for boys and girls PLEASE? I would appreciate some sites with photos of hand made costumes. If you have done some projects about Brazilian carnival, could you share some craft ideas?
The photos of the carnival costumes that I �ve found on the internet look very complicated to make for children, so we really need something simple but colourful, that can be worn for one day! :)
