Hi all,
I�ve downloaded free of charge worksheets (as a premium member so they say), but points were taken out of my account. How can it be solved? |

As a premium member with more than 30 points the only free downloads are those which are featured today, in other words those illustrated on the left of this forum and the worksheets and powerpoints that have been uploaded within the last 24 hours. If you took a worksheet from a time prior to this, then each time you will be deducted one point - and the owner of the worksheet will be credited with one point.
So when you use the search facility to find what you are looking for, and you come across the most popular worksheet and download it, the chances are that it was uploaded a long time ago and so you will have to pay the price!!!! one point.

but I really meant those free of charge downloads (which are illustrated on the left)... that�s why I complained
I didn�t use the search facility and about 30 points were taken out of my account
