�software � is an uncountable noun; therefore, it cannot be put into the plural.
so, you have to say three software.
or
a piece of software/ three pieces of software / some software.

Since it �s uncountable, it can �t be used with a number, so you can �t say 3 software or 3 softwares. Abdou1980 gave you three correct options. If you need to use a number, you can also say I have 3 programs.
