Hi all,
You re really quick!
That s what I ve found :

From Late Latin abacinātus, perfect passive participle of abacinō; possibly formed from ab (off) + bacīnum (a basin) or bacīnus. Probably cognate with modern Italian abbacinare (to dazzle).

blind - make blind by putting the eyes out; "The criminals were punished and blinded"

You can find the word "Abacinate"in  the lyrics of a song called "Angel Death" by Slayer:

Seas of blood, bury life

Smell your death as it burns

Deep inside of you

Abacinate, eyes that bleed

Praying for the end of

Your wide awake nightmare

Wings of pain, reach out for you

His face of death staring down,

Your blood running cold

Injecting cells, dying eyes

Feeding on the screams of

The mutants he s creating

Pathetic harmless victims

Left to die

Rancid Angel of Death

Flying free

Have a lovely day !! Hug
