Hi,

can you tell me which one is correct :

New words and phrases            or                 New words and new phrases ???

Correct is an adjective . What is the comparative and the superlative form of it ?

Thanks a lot :)

Both are gramatically correct, but most people would say "new words and phrases".

more correct
the most correct

However, like "unique", "correct" doesn t logically have comparative and superlative forms, since something is either correct or it isn t. That doesn t stop people from using the forms, though.

1 - new words and phrases

2 -  It is correct or it is not...but if you need to use it is "more correct" and "the most correct"

Surely correct is an absolute? It is either correct or incorrect. There is no comparative.
