Hello friends, could any Spanish speaker help me with a word ? I know we use "lees" for wine, but can we use it when we talk about coffee, too?

I read a book and the word that appeared for the sediments precipitated from coffee is dregs, it is usually used in the plural form...

Coffee grounds is a term used for whats left over after making coffee.

"dregs" are what is found at the bottom of a coffee cup/pot usually... (btw... can be used for wine too)

"coffee grounds" can be part of the "dregs" if you haven ´t filtered the coffee properly.
