I would call them "monitors" because they monitor compliance with the standards (rules).

In the UK, a prefect is a 6th form pupil who has been elected by students and staff to help in the running of the school e.g. to mentor younger pupils, to assist at school functions, so I don �t think this is what you are looking for, pretty.
As for supervisor, in a UK school context this refers to someone who supervises pupils � conduct in the dinner hall, playground; the term isn �t used of someone with a teaching role.  The closest term used here is office staff.
