							| Hello, I need help explaing what Temporal Clauses mean. I understand how to teach the form of the Temporal Clause but I don �t how to explain what it means. Do I say "It is another form of the future tense"? Can somebody help me? |  1 Oct 2010

							| Temporal Clauses are clauses about time. In a sentence they tell us when something happens, happened or will happen. They can be past, present or future:    
| Temporal Clauses | I �ll ring you again [before I leave] 
 David joined the army [after he graduated]
 
 [When you leave], please close the door
 
 I read the newspaper [while I was waiting]
