Temporal Clauses are clauses about time. In a sentence they tell us when something happens, happened or will happen.
They can be past, present or future:

Temporal Clauses I ll ring you again [before I leave]

David joined the army [after he graduated]

[When you leave], please close the door

I read the newspaper [while I was waiting]
