Dear Laninha
There are two ways of saying it:
I do not have blue eyes. (main verb) I have not got blue eyes. (auxiliary verb)
Hope this helps.

My primary school teacher taught me that "to have" (="to own") needs do OR got in negatives and questions :*D
I have a car. I have got a bike. He has a car. She has got a bike.
Do you have a car? Have you got a bike? Does he have a car? Has she got a bike?
I dont have a car. I havent got a bike. He doesn t have a car. She hasnt got a bike.
Most "normal" verbs need DO in questions and negatives. Do you work at weekends? I dont work on Saturdays.
Modals dont need DO in questions. She can swim. Can she swim? She cant swim. "be" doesnt need DO in questions. Are you happy? He isnt happy. Were they at home? No, they werent.
Hope it helps.

Moravc is basically right, but it is perfectly okay to say "I haven t got blue eyes. I have green eyes."
