Hi All,
 
The HR dept. for a company that I teach at wants me to set up teleconferencing workshops to talk about products with a non-native English speaker.  I have the idea they should make mini presentations. The caller will be asking for a product.  My problem is I don �t know how to structure the workshop. Or even how to prep for the call?  Any ideas?
