Coaching is more for people who are at the same level (say 2 teachers) and they help each other to do something, they share what they know, work on a project, etc. One could have more experience than the other, but s/he isn t usually in a higher position. Coaching tends to be two-way, meaning that both people support and assist each other.
Mentoring refers to a relationship in which one person is much more experienced than the other one and the aim is to help the less experienced one develop in their area and guide the experience that s/he gets. This could happen at work or in more informal contexts.
Supervising is more related to formal work contexts strictly and it involves a boss-subordinate relationship in which usually there are performance evaluations involved. Sometimes a supervisor is also a mentor, but the supervising duties involve analyzing other s performance and solve problems that might come up.
Most of the time all these three are combined, so sometimes a supervisor can be a mentor and a coach. In different relationships you can find different degrees of coaching, mentoring and supervising.

Hope this helps!
