How do I make something "fully editable?"

I see some items that are labeled "fully editable." How do I make a submission "fully editable?"

ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE MAKES A WORD DOCUMENT WITH PICTURES (OR WORDS) AND AFTER YOU DOWNLOADED IT YOU CAN DELETE SOME, ENGARGE THEM ETC. WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
HOPE IT HELPS ;)

Fully editable means that you do not save your work as a picture (it is mainly done to preserve the look) but put it together step by step as a Word document which can be altered if necessary.
Those people who use Open Office or other programs cannot save a worksheet as a doc, that is why they save it as a picture and paste it on the Word sheet.

Hi!

Use single pictures (not formated in a bunch with a picture software like paint, for instance) that members can remove or edit;

Use tables or text-box (not pictures) for your text.

Non-editable worksheets are also welcomed, but since some members may want to adapt them before using, you d better inform it in the description, so no one will get disappointed.

Hope it helps.
