"Your first job is tidying your room".

How can i ask "first" with a wh question???

What is the first job you must do?

Who is helping you with your first job?

Why are you doing this as a first job?

Where are you doing your first job?

When do you intend doing your first job?

How do you intend doing your first job?

"Which of the jobs is your first job?"

How soon do you intend doing your first job?

What time do you intend taking to do your first job?

How long will it take you to do your first job?

Etc.

I guess what she asks is something different from what you thought :) As I am also from Turkey, I think I got what she meant. We have got a very common question type for tests here. If a word in a sentence is underlined and we are asked to make up a question for that word, it means the answer must be that word. In this case, we are supposed to ask such a question that the answer will be "first". Is there a "wh" question to elicit this answer? :)

What s your priority?
I am not sure this is what you are looking for but if you can t use the word first in your question as it should be the answer ....
Not sure it helped but ....
Have a good evening!

Hi
I m not a native so my answer is just speculation. I know we ask for ordinal numbers with Which ....? in a simple sentence. See an example:
Which is the correct answer? The first one.
But your example is a complex sentence where the first part of the statement -- Your first job is --functions as one lexical unit with the meaning the most important . I think the only meaningful question: What priority has tidying your room (in your rank)? or How do you rank tidying your room? Here you can answer: the first one.
Hope, some of our native colleagues will see my solution and confirm or abandon my idea. I think we only can trust them.
