Traditions

Hello there!!! I have started a new job this school year.  I m teaching 3rd grade at a bicultural school in Mexico. We are using text books with themed units and this bimester s theme is traditions.  I d like to introduce my kids to traditions in other contries.  They ve been working a lot on the UN s day celebration and have been learning about countries and what not! And I d like to take advantage of this situation and introduce some traditions from the countries they already know.  If you have any activities or links I can use.  Please!!! Oh please let me know...Help me make this bimester a wonderful learning experience all around with your wonderful contributions!  Lots of love from Mexico to the rest of the world!!!
