							| I VE JUST EDITED MY MESSAGE ONE MORE TIME!
Could you please come up with a proper question to the following answer.

ANSWER:   OH! HE IS THE FOURTH PRESIDENT OF TIMBUKTU.

NOTE: (the stress should be on the 4th ,not he , please!   Imagine that the word FOURTH is underlined)

 THANKS  A MILLION IN ADVANCE.!

							| Dear DTCF,"Is he the Third, or the Fourth President of Timbuktu?"
(In Writing, written the same as this.  In Speaking, spoken with emphasis on the underlined words.)  "Oh!  Hes the Fourth President of Timbuktu!"       Doras question is very good.   "Which President of Timbuktu is he?"
But someone might answer, (for example): "Hes the one/with the wife called Maria/with the blond hair/with 10 sons/etc.
Nevertheless, its a good answer.   I agree with Apodo!   I hope that this helps.   Les | 28 Oct 2010
