Hi!

 
When writing a formal letter I would say:
 
1) As far as accommodation is concerned...
or
2) Regarding/With regard to accommodation...
 
and when writing an informal one I would use:
 
1) As for accommodation...
or
2) Have you got any suggestions? I �m not sure about the alternatives here.

It depends what you are going to say after the opening.

Are you asking for accommodation, suggesting possible accomm. or supplying accom. ?
 
 
You will be able to stay at.....
Accomodation at reasonable rates is available .....
